The passage of the Education Invoice via the Parliament on 15 November, 2016 is a momentous step forward in enhancing education in Tasmania. Whereas attending Crawford High Faculty in City Heights, Warra witnessed brawls and violent incidents breaking out between African-American and Somali college students, at occasions involving more than a hundred college students.
